Background and expertise

For almost two decades our founders have held IT specialist consultant roles at the likes of British Telecom/EE, Vodafone Global/Three/Ex Cable & Wireless, as well as Virgin Media/O2 and smaller niche Tech companies.

We founded NG24 Digital on the premise that, whilst the larger providers have a great foundation, at the front end their true satisfaction scores are low, and at the lower end of the scale smaller IT repairers can often be unavailable or fragmented in what they are able to offer.
